We lived in Houston for 10 years before moving to Signal Mountain in 2020 to raise our 3 boys Heiden, Caleb, and Thad in a more outdoor-driven environment. I married my high school sweetheart and are blessed to raise 3 boys. We moved to Chattanooga 7 years ago to plant our church, River Hills, and never dreamed what a beautiful community this is to live and raise our family. In my downtime, I love to read, go on walks, and spend time on my deck at home.

  • Kendell Drumm - Library

Leading Library at SMCS combines three passions the Lord has tucked in my heart; sharing the gospel, reading children’s books, and being with kids! I grew up in Baltimore, received my undergrad degree at the College of Charleston, my Masters in Elementary/Special Education at UTC, and taught several grade levels as a lead teacher in Hamilton county before taking on the mission of motherhood full time. However, I feel any knowledge I have on the subject of Library stems from my own love of organization, books, and the desire to read aloud to my four boys (while they wrestle and throw Legos around). I pray God will use me to help foster a love of reading in your own child, and more importantly, to encourage them to seek the good way and walk in it (Jeremiah 6:16). Other passions I enjoy are exploring Gods creation,

excel spreadsheets, board games, chocolate-chip cookies, church, and family time.
